The Kansas Bureau of Investigation announced the discovery of a body was near the 3400 Block of Steele on Friday that they said was believed to be that of missing 3 year old Olivia Jansen of Kansas City, Kansas. Olivia was reported missing Friday morning
The child’s father, Howard Jansen, was booked into Wyandotte County jail Saturday morning as well as his girlfriend, Jackie Kirkpatrick. No formal charges have been filed yet.
