A man in Scott City is facing terrorism and threat charges after threatening to spread the new coronavirus.
Police were called to a Dollar General Tuesday night, and were told a man had coughed on an 11-year-old girl and told her he was going to give her the virus.
The 31-year-old man was booked and it’s not clear if he was actually sick. Police haven’t said what led up to this incident.
