A Wichita woman has been sentenced to almost 20 years in prison for the abuse death of her son.
24-year-old Elizabeth Woolheater was sentenced to 233 months for the death of Tony Bunn. The boy was found in May, 2018 in the 800 block of North Woodrow, and police said he had suffered from abuse.
Woolheater’s boyfriend, 26-year-old Lucas Diel, pleaded guilty to charges in the case and he was sentenced in May of this year to almost 50 years in prison.
