- 6:00-8:45 p.m. Presentation, book signing by author Rick Houston, and special screening of “Mission Control: The Unsung Heroes of Apollo”
- Tuesday, July 16th
- 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Global Launch World Record Attempt
- 6:30 p.m. “You are there…Man on the Moon Presentation”
- Wednesday, July 17th [event at Hutch Rec Senior Center at Elmdale Park]
- 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. “We Choose to go to the Moon” Coffee and Conversation
- Thursday, July 18th
- 9:00 a.m.-10 a.m. Coffee at the Cosmo: “We Choose to go to the Moon”
- 10:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Performance of Moon-themed songs by Opera Kansas
- Saturday, July 20th
- 10:00 a.m-1:00 p.m. Space Out Saturday: 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11
- 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Smithsonian Channel Documentary Screening: “The Day We Walked on the Moon”
- 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on the hour every hour, Guided Tours: Hall of Space Museum
- 6:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m. Landing on the Lawn. Hands-on science experiments, musical performance, food trucks, lawn games, and much more!
