Hotcakes for Hopecare is more than just a community fundraiser — it’s a celebration of kindness, generosity, and the lasting impact one person can make.

The event was founded alongside beloved community member Joe Davidson, whose life was tragically cut short in a car accident. Joe was the kind of person who showed up for others without hesitation, and his passion for helping people became the heart behind Hotcakes for Hopecare at Jimmie’s Family Diner.

Because of Joe’s vision and the incredible support from our community, this event has raised thousands of dollars for GraceMed Health Clinic, helping provide medical, dental, vision, and behavioral healthcare services to patients and families in need.

Joe’s legacy lives on through every pancake served, every dollar raised, and every life impacted. His spirit of compassion continues to inspire this event and the community he cared so deeply about.
