A Goodwill store and several nearby businesses were evacuated for a time Monday after a grenade was found in a donation box.
Police officers and the bomb squad were sent to the store at Harry and Rock Road around 1:30 p.m.
The grenade was found to be inert, and it was removed without incident. There were no injuries.
