Wichita police have arrested a 19-year-old Maize man in connection with the shooting deaths of two people at a parking garage in Old Town.   The man was booked into jail for two counts of felony murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle.

A street sweeper found the bodies of a man and woman around 3:30 Thursday morning, and they were inside a car in the parking garage at Old Town Square in the 300 block of North Moore Avenue.  They have been identified as 21-year-old Bryan Lara-Hernandez and 20-yer-old Josephina Lerma-Dominguez, both of Wichita.

Police said they made the arrest with the help of surveillance cameras in Old Town and the use of the FLOCK license plate reading system.

Detectives are still asking for help from the public with the investigation, and anyone with information is urged to contact police, Crime Stoppers at 267-2111 or the See Something Say Something Hotline at 519-2282.
