Police arrested two men after finding around 30 gallons of liquid meth at a southeast Wichita home.
The men were arrested Friday after an investigation into a liquid meth operation that was transporting the drug from Mexico and Phoenix, Arizona to the Wichita area. The investigation led to a home in the 2000 block of South Greenwich Road.
Police said in a post on Twitter that the liquid meth could have been converted into about 300 pounds of crystal meth, with a street value of over $900,000. Officers arrested two men, ages 37 and 60, on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance.
