One person was fatally shot early Saturday in Park City.
The shooting was reported around 2 a.m. at a location on East 69th Street North Court. According to police, man named David Pomeroy entered a home without permission and made a threat. He was then shot by someone in the home. Pomeroy was taken to a hospital where he later passed away.
It’s not clear why Pomeroy entered the home or if he had any history with anyone inside. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
