A suspect wanted in connection to the robbery of a Wichita Walgreens has been arrested a man accused of robbing a Walgreens store on W. 21s. St. N.
Around 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, a man walked into the store on West 21st St. N. and told an employee to put money in a bag. The suspect walked out with over $800.
After reviewing surveillance video of the robbery, a Patrol North officer was able to identify the suspect as a resident on his beat.
On Monday, a Patrol North officer saw the suspect in the 700 N. Broadway and took him into custody. He was booked into the Sedgwick County jail for aggravated robbery.
