The Great Plains Nature Center announced its annual Walk With Wildlife event.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 20th at 6232 E. 29th St. North in Wichita.
The outdoor event will give visitors a chance to see animal ambassadors from an array of Kansas conservation and rehabilitation organizations up close as they walk along the Quail Trail in the park. Naturalists will be on hand to teach about native and invasive Kansas animals, their diverse habitats, and how it all works together.
Admission for this event is $10 per car load. Spirit AeroSystems will sponsor a concession stand during the event. Find more information at gpnc.org.
