The man found fatally shot Monday night is identified as 44-year-old Shawn Lahman, of Wichita.
Wichita police were called to a neighborhood southwest of Meridian and McCormick, at 11:20 p.m. Lahman was found near Edwards and Walker, in the front seat of a van with gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
