The Wichita Police Department is partnering with the DEA for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
This Saturday, April 22, you can bring any unused prescription medicines to one of several locations to be disposed of. This keeps them from potentially being misused or abused, and to help make sure kids don’t get ahold of potentially lethal medications.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the 22nd, you can take unused medicine to the following locations:
- WPD Patrol West-661 N Elder
- WPD Patrol East-350 S Edgemoor
- Sedgwick County Zoo
