Four teenage girls from Junction City are facing charges after a chase with law enforcement officers.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said the four girls, all age 15, were in a stolen car that was being chased by Geary County deputies Thursday afternoon on Interstate 70. The car crashed at Milford Lake Road when it went out of control while making a right turn.
Two girls were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The driver and another passenger were not hurt. The driver was charged with fleeing law enforcement, and all four girls are facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
