Sedgwick County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Newton man in connection with a fatal motorcycle crash in 2019.
The 31-year-old man was arrested at his home and booked into jail for involuntary manslaughter while under the influence and operating without a valid license.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said the man was driving a motorcycle that hit a wall near I-135 and K-15 in July, 2019. He was critically injured and a passenger, 44-year-old Christopher Monk of Wichita, was killed.
