Arrest Made in Hoisington Shooting Investigation

The KBI and Hoisington Police Department have arrested a suspect in connection to the shooting death of a 22 year old man in late October.

32 year old Adam Sullivan was arrested for involuntary manslaughter in connection to the October 27th shooting death of Chase Anderson at a home in 400 block of East 2nd in Hoisington. Sullivan was in the residence at the time of the shooting, but was initially not charged for Anderson’s death.

Sullivan was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 3rd for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and was already in custody at the Barton County Jail when the involuntary manslaughter charge was filed on Nov. 4th.
