Wichita police are asking for help finding a man believed to be tied to at least two shooting.
A 21-year-old man was shot early this morning, in the area of Lincoln and Emporia. A man and woman were shot in the same area on July 9. All three victims are expected to be OK.
The suspect is identified as 71-year-old Samuel L. Neal. Felony pickups have been issued for Neal and police say he should be considered dangerous.
