A Wichita man has been sentenced to over 20 years in prison for the beating death of another man in 2020.
A judge handed down the sentence for 38-year-old Matthew Small, who pleaded no contest in May to charges of kidnapping and criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He had been charged with first degree murder and other counts, but those charges were dismissed.

Carlos Saldana-Delgado is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to kidnapping and battery.
