Kansas Humane Society has been struggling with capacity issues for over a year, and has once again reached maximum levels.
On Thursday, June 8th and Friday, June 9th, most adult dog adoption fees are being waived. Included with adoption is spay/neuter, microchip and age appropriate vaccinations. KHS will not allow holds to be placed on animals as well as dog to dog introductions.
The Kansas Humane Society is located at 3313 N. Hillside in Wichita.
