The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said Monday a Herington teacher has been arrested in connection with a sex crime investigation.
The 61-year-old man was arrested in April for aggravated intimidation of a witness in the investigation. He was booked into the Dickinson County Jail and released after posting bond. He was arrested again Monday on a warrant, and he was booked for three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and misdemeanor battery.
The KBI said the investigation is continuing.
