UPDATE: Shortly after 9 a.m. the KDOC reported Milbrandy turned himself in.


 

A minimum-custody inmate has been listed as escaped after leaving a work release facility in Wichita.

29-year-old Kyler K. Milbrandt failed to return from work Thursday evening and was put on escaped status. He was serving time for f drug possession, theft and aggravated assault  out of Reno County.

Milbrandt is described as an American Indian, 6-feet tall, and having brown hair.
