The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office has identified the human remains that were recently found in a rural area east of the Newton Airport.
The remains are those of 39-year-old Sasha Kosminski of Newton. Her remains were found Monday in a hedge row near East First Street and North Rock Road. She was reported missing by family members in December, 2020.
An autopsy has been ordered and the cause of death is still under investigation.
