A Wichita man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to child pornography.
50-year-old Jimmy Lynn is accused of using a young child to create sexually explicit images, and he’s accused of distributing child porn. He is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child for production of child pornography, three counts of distribution of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.
The case was investigated by the Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, along with Homeland Security Investigations and the Wichita Police Department.
