Some dry shampoo sprays are being recalled because of dangerous levels of benzene, which has been linked to leukemia and blood cancers.
This recall impacts products made before October of 2021, and covers the brands Dove, Nexxus, Suave, TIGI (Rockaholic and Bed Head), and TRESemmé. Although the level of benzene potentially in this products is not believed to be high enough to cause harm, the recall was issued voluntarily out of an abundance of caution.
