Early in-person voting continues this week at the Sedgwick County Election Office. You can cast an early ballot from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., until August 1, when early voting will close at noon.
Satellite early voting sites open across Sedgwick County on Thursday. You can vote at any of these sites, regardless of what district you live in. These sites will be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on July 28 and 29. Tuesday, July 26, is the last day to request an advance mail-in ballot.
If you plan to vote on August 2, you may see longer lines that usual. Voter turnout is expected to be higher because of the Value Them Both Amendment question that is on this year’s ballot.
