A company that makes health care products has announced plans to expand its operations in Wichita, adding 150 new jobs and making a capital investment of $20 million over the next three years.
Governor Kelly announced Tuesday that Fagron Sterile Services will take over 44,000 square feet of space at 8835 East 34th Street North, the former Golf Warehouse, and it will be renovated into additional manufacturing space, labs and offices.
Fagron operates out of two plants in Wichita. The company, based in Belgium, is making the expansion to produce and store its product lines, including RFID-enabled syringes and other pharmaceutical products.
The company is looking for manufacturing specialists, engineers, sales and finance staff.
