Police identified 39-year-old Justine Bell, of Wichita, as the woman who died after being shot in an east Wichita parking lot.
The shooting was reported around 2 a.m. Sunday, in the 2200 block of East 12th. Police learned that around 30 people were attending a party at a building, and an argument broke out in the parking lot. Several shots were fired and people ran from the scene. Police said Bell was hit by one shot and she was also struck by a vehicle.
