The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is now ranking Sedgwick County at 33rd by its COVID numbers.
Latest numbers put Sedgwick County’s vaccination rate at 55%, with a case rate of about 93 a day, over a 7-day average. This is roughly where Sedgwick has been ranked for a while, sometimes moving a little higher or lower.
New rankings put Butler County at 41st, Harvey at 19th, Reno at 37th, Sumner at 71st, and Kingman at 51st.
Graham County, with one of the lowest populations in the state, is still ranked 1st, with a vaccination rate of 77%, and a case rate of less than one a day.
