Lawrence police are investigating the shooting death of a 21-year-old man near the University of Kansas campus.
The police department said officers found the body of Christian Willis, of Wichita, Wednesday evening after responding to a report of a possible shooting. Police said Thursday that no arrests have been made in the case.
The shooting site on Kentucky Street is about two blocks east of campus and less than a mile from Memorial Union.
