A federal grand jury indicted 25 year old Truman Gentry of Augusta on two counts of Production of Child Pornography, one count of Advertising for Production of Child Pornography, and one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Gentry faces 15 to 30 years in prison for each count of Production, 15 to 30 years on each count of Production, and up to 20 years for Possession.
The investigating agencies included the United States Attorney’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, Wichita Police Department, Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children, and the Augusta Department of Public Safety.
