The Kansas Aviation Museum announced its first-ever Artist in Residence.
Internationally recognized aviation photographer Paul Bowen will have his air-to-air images featured in an exhibit at the museum beginning on June 19th. A “meet the artist” event will take place the same day from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
This new position spotlights Bowen’s career, which began in Wichita decades ago, earning him enshrinement in both the Kansas Aviation Hall of Fame and the International Air and Space Hall of Fame in San Diego.
Additionally, on June 10th at 10 a.m., the Kansas Aviation Museum will welcome Mr. Bowen as an in-person presenter for the Museum’s monthly Senior Thursday free presentation series.
