Reno County will start offering the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccines again.

This comes after the FDA and CDC recommended resuming use of the single-dose vaccines. Reno County will be running vaccination clinics this Thursday and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shots are being given at the First United Methodist Church location, 101 East First Ave. Appointments are required in order to get the J&J shot. Those wanting the two-dose Moderna vaccine instead may visit the Health Department at 209 West Second Ave. They are accepting walk-ins during normal operating hours.
