The Kansas State High School Activities Association has eased some restrictions for winter sports and other events.

The KSHSAA board met Wednesday and adopted a change that will allow four spectators for every student participant.  The current policy allows only two.  Social distancing requirements are still in effect.

The change will take effect January 29th and run through the end of the winter activities regular season.

Local schools districts can adopt stronger measures based on seating capacity and guidelines from local health officials.
