A man and woman are facing murder and robbery charges for a shooting in southwest Wichita.
43-year-old Bradley Reece and 22-year-old Kayla Schmidt were fatally shot on December 29, at a home near 47th S. and West. So far, the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office has not given details on a motive for this shooting.
Photos of two people wanted in connection to the shooting were circulated, and they were found on the morning of January 6, in a neighborhood near Central and West. Each suspect was booked on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated robbery.
