Wichita police are investigating a shooting that left one person with critical injuries.
The shooting was reported around 8 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of North Terrace, west of the intersection of 13th and Oliver. Police report a 59-year-old man and a friend went to meet someone for a sale that had been arranged earlier. There was a fight after meeting with a third person, who allegedly shot the victim’s car as he was driving away.
As of Tuesday morning, the injured man was still described as being in critical condition. There were no injuries to the person he was with. Specifics on what was being sold were not made public.
