Police are asking for help from the public in finding a Wichita man who has been missing for several days.

Officers were called to a home in the 800 block of North Belmont on November 19th and they talked with family members of 29-year-old Jeremy Cook.  They said they were not able to contact him and he was last seen on the 18th around 6 a.m.   He may be traveling in a white, 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a broken out sunroof and tape around the passenger side tail light.

Cook is 5 feet 9 inches tall and 185 pounds, with blond hair, blue eyes, and glasses.  He was last seen wearing a blue Nike t-shirt, blue jeans and brown Nike tennis shoes. Police believe that Cook may be in danger.

Anyone with information on Cook or the white Jeep is urged to call 911 immediately.
