Governor Kelly has extended an executive order for motor carriers delivering critical relief supplies during the pandemic.
The extension lifts weight restrictions and permitting requirements so that medical supplies, food, and other relief items can be delivered throughout the state as quickly as possible.
It applies to motor carriers actively involved in relief efforts, and is valid through December 31st, or when the State of Disaster Emergency expires.
