Three people are expected to be OK after being shot a motel early Tuesday.
Police were called around 1 a.m. after shots were fired at a motel on Broadway, just south of Kellogg. Three victims were found and taken to a hospital to get checked out. All injuries are described as not life-threatening.
The injured people were on balconies at opposite end of the motel, leading police to believe someone may have been shooting at random. An update from the Wichita Police Department says the victims were inside their rooms when they heard gunfire, and were hit after coming out of their rooms to see what was going on.
No information on a suspect has been released yet.
