New numbers released from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) this afternoon.
The state of Kansas now has 1,849 confirmed positive cases of COVID-19, with 59 more being reported since yesterday. Six more deaths from the virus have been recorded in the past 24 hours, which brings the state total to 92.
68 Counties across the state now reporting cases of Coronavirus, with 390 out of 1,531 people requiring hospitalization.
The highest concentration of cases remain in the Kansas City area, with Wyandotte County reporting 417 cases while Johnson County has 372.
