Kansas updates numbers on coronavirus

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment reported 748 cases of coronavirus on Sunday, while Sedgwick County reported seven new cases for a total of 108.

There have been 183 hospitalizations in the state, and 7,476 people have tested negative.  The state also reported that 800 people have been tested in Sedgwick County. Harvey County Health Officials reported their third case of the virus, while Rooks County announced their first presumptive positive patient.

Reno County is now reporting 11 cases, McPherson County remains at 9, and Butler County remains at eight cases.  Harvey County reported its third case on Sunday.

The largest numbers of cases are in the Kansas City area.  Johnson County has 192 cases, Wyandotte County has 158, and Leavenworth County reports 36.
