Two more positive cases of coronavirus have been reported by Johnson County health officials, and two new cases have been reported in Wyandotte County, along with a new case in Douglas County.  That brings the total number of cases in the state to 16.

No details have been released on the new cases from Johnson County, which bring that county’s total to ten cases.   Wyandotte County now has three cases, while Butler and Franklin counties have reported one case each.

Ford County officials have reported that a person over the age of 60 had traveled into the county, and that person is under quarantine with family members.   No information was released on how that person contracted the virus, but Ford County health officials said that person had traveled into the area from out of state, so the case is not counted in Kansas.   Ford County officials say there is no community spread of the virus at this time.

KDHE said 417 people have tested negative for the virus.
