We’re a week away from Korn’s “The Nothing” album coming out (Sept. 13th), and Friday, we got an added bonus from the band.

Korn released the song “Can You Hear Me” on Friday with a visualizer video, which you can watch below. The video ALSO doubles as a trailer for their “groundbreaking” podcast series, which we expect to come out at the same time as the album.

“The Nothing” is described as a six-part dramatized series, wholly unique, that tells the story of a journalist who travels to the fictional town of Welldon, Kansas, to investigate the disappearance of a teenage girl.

But during this investigation, he discovers all is not as it seems.

The series stars Keir O’Donnell from “Wedding Crashers,” “Fargo” and “Legion,” Darrie Ingolfsson from “Dexter” and Alice in Chains’ recent mini-series “Black Antenna”, and Mikayla S. Campbell.

Overwhelmingly, all band members say they are VERY proud of “The Nothing” album. Briand “Head” Welch even says it’s a continuation of their last record “The Serenity of Suffering.”
Frontman Jonathan Davis said the process of making the album “sucked.”

“I’m not gonna say it didn’t. It was just really hard. But that’s how I’ve always dealt with all my problems – just throwing my heart and soul into my art.”

“The Nothing” album comes out Friday, Sept. 13th.
