I really wonder if Tom Delonge had a hand in picking the release date for Blink-182’s next album, “Nine,” since it coincides with the raid on Area 51 to “See Them Aliens.”

Regardless, new details from Blink this week, the next album is called “Nine,” presumably since it’s their ninth studio album. It’s also the second album in the post-Delonge era.

Ahead of the album release, Blink gave us another track off the album, “Darkside” which is pretty heavy on the synthesizer, but still has that unique Blink-182 feel.
