Guitarist Tom Morello confirmed earlier this year that Prophets of Rage have completed their next album, and are now set to promote it with the release of the song “Made with Hate.”
Prophets of Rage is the super group made up of members from Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill. Last year, they released the song “Heart Afire” as a tease. Now, it seems, they’re prepared to speed up the album release process.
Morello said the new album (which is still unnamed) will be a different direction from their first one. “It’s a different direction, it’s not the same, and I love that… We’re growing and we’re creating and we’re going in a new territory and I feel really good about it.”
