UPDATE: Rammstein have debuted their video for “Deutschland.” Fair warning, it DOES contain some graphic imagery and suggestive content.

For now, the band have disabled sharing capabilities, but you can watch it HERE.

ORIGINAL STORY – Ten years ago, Barack Obama was being inaugurated for his first term as president, Michael Jackson died, the 3G cellular Network was first released, Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift, and Rammstein released their last full-length record, Liebe ist für alle da.”

Thursday morning, they announced an end to that empty span, and will release a yet-to-be-named album May 17th.

What’s more, at noon (CDT), they will drop a new video and song “Deutschland.” (See Updated Content above.)

Rammstein has been dropping hints for a week, and Tuesday, released a teaser (seen below) indicating that something was coming March 28, 2019.

The tease came under fire Wednesday for their portrayal (it seems) as concentration camp inmates standing in the gallows. Viewers called it “Tasteless” and a disrespectful nod to Nazi Germany’s past.

Rammstein and its label has refused to comment on the 35-second clip, and it’s not clear what message it is intended to convey, nor how the lyrics of the unreleased song tie in with it.
