The total raised from our KFDI Country Cares for St. Jude kids radiothon is our highest in 11 years — $150,311. KFDI’s Bobby Knight read the total live on the air with St. Jude Development Specialist Jamie Manley just after our radiothon ended at 7 pm Friday night.
This exceeds our 2018 radiothon total of $139,615 — a record high for the period between 2008 to 2018.
No family who takes a child to be treated at St. Jude hospital in Memphis ever receives a bill for services. St. Jude’s mission is to find cures — not make money.
