In a heart-breaker of a game, the Kansas City Chiefs lost to the New England Patriots, 37 to 31 in Overtime, and missed an opportunity to play in the SuperBowl.
Patrick Mahomes tossed for 295 yards and 3 touchdowns, but the Chiefs defense could not stop New England late in the game and needed a field goal to tie it up at the end of regulation.
New England will now play the Los Angeles Rams in Superbowl 53, Sunday, Feb. 3rd.
