"Ribs more tender than a mother's love" is how Ed Latkowski describes his team's ribs. The cooking team of Howling Coyote has competed in and has won many national and international cook-offs. Howling Coyote specializes in St. Louis - style pork spare ribs. Latkowski's slow-cooked ribs are marinated with a dry rub that consists of over 40 herbs and spices. They have won over 50 awards,                                                  including first place ribs in Nebraska and first place at the Naperville                                                    Ribfest in Illinois.
